Established in 2023, The Bread and Butter Company™ was built on the lessons, wins, and hard-earned wisdom that started with my first company, The Wright Collaboration — a marketing firm I founded in 2021 to help women-owned businesses find their voice, refine their message, and own their space online. But as I worked with more clients, one truth became impossible to ignore: marketing wasn’t the real problem. Operations were.
