The Bread and Butter Company™ wasn't born in a boardroom — it was earned across three companies and two decades. It was built on the lessons, wins, and hard-earned wisdom that started with my first company, The Wright Collaboration — a marketing firm I founded in 2021 to help women-owned businesses find their voice, refine their message, and own their space online. But as I worked with more clients, one truth became impossible to ignore: marketing wasn’t the real problem. Operations were.

 So in 2023, the firm evolved into The Bread and Butter Company™, a full revenue operations practice — and the Smooth Operator Framework™ was built, tested, and proven on real service businesses. Then in 2026, everything came full circle. After 21 years in the Army Reserve and two decades inside legal and government operations — supporting procurement fraud investigations, drafting legal infrastructure, living where process failure had real consequences — I brought the framework home to the industry I know best.

Our company is the convergence: military systems discipline, battle-tested revenue operations, and twenty years inside the machinery of legal work — aimed at the firms that need it most and can least afford to hire for it. This isn't just about cleaner workflows. It's about what independent attorneys built when they hung their own shingle — and making sure broken operations never take it from them.
